System Monitoring and Operations
- Observe performance: Watch computer systems and networks for errors, crashes, or warning messages.
- Run batch jobs: Start, track, and complete scheduled or nightly data processing tasks.
- Manage backups: Run routine data backup procedures and verify recovery files. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Fix errors: Resolve basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues (like printer jams or connection drops).
- Perform upkeep: Complete preventive maintenance and install system updates.
- Track inventory: Keep a list of computer equipment, parts, and supplies, and order replacements.
User Support and Documentation
- Assist users: Answer questions and troubleshoot technical issues for staff or clients.
- Keep logs: Maintain clear records of system performance, errors, and daily activities.
- Collaborate: Work with IT teams and programmers to test new software or system upgrades.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
