Role Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales personnel, and internal departments. The role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with production, logistics and accounts teams for timely execution.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records and CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
- Generate periodic sales reports, MIS reports and performance summaries.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine issues promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, sales visits, presentations and marketing activities.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales-related records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support or sales administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products or B2B sales environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
