We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers over calls.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with existing and new clients
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of computer and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
