We are looking for:
A Business Planning Manager who will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company’s operating rhythm. This role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into executable plans, ensure alignment across departments, and provide real-time visibility into performance and progress. We are actively looking for high-calibre candidates and will prioritise resources from Tier-1 campuses for this role, given the strategic importance and analytical depth required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligned with business goals and growth priorities
- Develop detailed execution plans for various departments, ensuring clarity of objectives, timelines, and ownership
- Build real-time visibility tools and dashboards for the management team to track performance against the plan
- Conduct monthly operating plan reviews to assess execution progress, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and on-ground execution
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making and course correction
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, IITs, or equivalent premier business schools) is strongly preferred
- Specialisation in Strategy, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or General Management
- Strong academic track record with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability.
- 0–3 years of experience in business planning, strategy, consulting, operations, or program management
- High-potential fresh graduates from Tier-1 campuses with relevant internships / live projects are encouraged to apply.
