Job Description:
AGI Innovation Makes360 Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and PHP to lead a team of developers and manage end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers
- Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and PHP
- Assign tasks and ensure timely project delivery
- Review code and maintain coding standards
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in Node.js and PHP
- Experience with frameworks like Express.js and Laravel
- Knowledge of APIs and databases (MySQL/MongoDB)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
