Job Purpose: The role is responsible for end-to-end management of online orders, inventory coordination, and driving sales through live commerce on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The incumbent will act as the face of the brand during live sales and ensure smooth execution of e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Live Sales & Brand Presentation Conduct Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube live sessions for saree sales. Engage with customers in real time, respond to queries, and close sales during live sessions.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in e-commerce operations or live commerce. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Background in saree retail is an added advantage.
