Job Summary
Leparo Lighting is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for channel distribution, counter sales, dealer management, and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the channel distribution network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Handle counter sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market reach.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify potential customers.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales (Lighting/Electrical/FMCG/Consumer Durables preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
