Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and convert enquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a confident approach towards customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert enquiries and leads into sales.
- Maintain daily call and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and demonstrations.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil communication is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or sales experience will be an advantage.
- Should be confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
