Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through online and offline channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their wedding photography and videography requirements.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, venues, and other referral partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at wedding exhibitions and promotional events.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling client meetings and sales conversations.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Experience in the wedding, events, hospitality, or luxury services industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
