About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Data Science Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring students, and helping learners build practical skills in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Data Science concepts and tools.
- Teach Python, SQL, Statistics, Machine Learning, and Data Visualization.
- Develop training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions and hands-on workshops.
- Guide students in completing real-world projects and case studies.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Support placement preparation through mock interviews and resume guidance.
- Conduct college workshops, webinars, and corporate training sessions when required.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and learning outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Statistics, and Machine Learning.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and Data Visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Understanding of AI, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Science training, teaching, or industry projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in conducting online and offline training sessions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in mentoring students for internships and placements.
