Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QC Manager with 6–8 years of experience in the QSR, food manufacturing, or hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality standards, hygiene compliance, and implementing quality control processes across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain food safety & quality standards across all units.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and documentation.
- Handle vendor quality checks and raw material inspections.
- Train kitchen and production teams on food safety practices.
- Coordinate with operations for corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of QC experience in QSR, food industry, or hotels.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and audit processes.
- Good leadership, reporting, and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
