Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls when required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer service targets.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent service at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Experience
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Telecalling, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
