Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales executives, store managers, cashiers, billing staff, security staff, and back-office roles.
- Screen and shortlist candidates; conduct interviews and coordinate final rounds.
- Ensure manpower availability during peak seasons, festivals, and promotional events.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and coordinate with agencies for hiring.
2. Onboarding & Orientation
- Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and joining documentation.
- Conduct showroom orientation covering product knowledge, grooming standards, customer service, and policies.
- Facilitate initial training for new hires in coordination with department heads.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Maintain attendance records, leaves, and punctuality through HRMS or manual systems.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, incentives, commissions, and overtime calculations.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act).
- Maintain employee files and ensure timely documentation audits.
4. Employee Relations & Store Discipline
- Ensure grooming standards, code of conduct, and professional behavior across all staff.
- Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with sensitivity.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment within the showroom.
5. Performance Management
- Track sales staff performance, targets, and incentive eligibility.
- Support annual appraisals, promotions, and skill evaluation.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions on sales, product knowledge, and customer service.
6. HR Policies & SOP Implementation
- Enforce HR policies, showroom rules, and operational SOPs.
- Recommend improvements to HR processes specific to jewellery retail.
- Ensure uniform and grooming compliance for showroom staff.
7. Engagement & Retention
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Implement retention initiatives to reduce staff turnover.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and retail industry practices.
- Understanding of jewellery retail (sales cycle, customer handling, billing, KYC).
- Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee issues professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
