Realta Ventures is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the company's day-to-day operations, drive operational excellence, and support strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities with extensive experience in the Real Estate, Redevelopment, Construction, or Infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all operational functions across departments.
- Drive execution of redevelopment, SRA, and construction projects.
- Establish operational policies, systems, and performance metrics.
- Improve efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization across the organization.
- Coordinate with Project, Finance, HR, Legal, CRM, Sales, Liaison, and Administration teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and overall operational performance.
- Support the Directors in implementing business strategies and organizational growth initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads while fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, vendors, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience with substantial exposure to operational management.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Redevelopment, SRA Projects, Construction, or Infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
