- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning solutions.
- Preprocess and analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model training.
- Optimise and fine-tune machine learning models for performance and scalability.
- Implement and maintain data pipelines to support machine learning workflows.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of high code quality and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or similar role
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Strong understanding of ML algorithms and statistical methods
Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases
An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with NLP or Computer Vision
Knowledge of big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, Flink, or Kafka
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps for ML pipelines
Experience with monitoring tools and model performance dashboards
