Role Overview
We are hiring a Content Creator & Growth Intern who will help us grow our brand through Instagram content, video editing, student counselling, and social media engagement.
This role is perfect for candidates who love creating content, talking to people, and learning startup growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit Instagram Reels & short-form videos
- Upload and manage content on Instagram & social media platforms
- Interact with students and guide them about courses/programs
- Support counselling and lead conversion activities
- Shoot basic videos/photos for content creation
- Write captions, hooks, and trending content ideas
- Help in brand growth and social media engagement
- Coordinate with the internal team for marketing activities
Required Skills
- Basic Video Editing Skills (CapCut / Canva / VN / Premiere Pro etc.)
- Good Communication Skills
- Confidence in speaking with students
- Knowledge of Instagram & social media trends
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of content creation
