We are hiring an Executive Engineer – Maintenance for our Halol Plant (Vadodara – Asoj location). The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations through effective maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, and utility connections.
- Monitor KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, breakdown analysis).
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement.
- Supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring safe work practices.
- Maintain records, SOPs, checklists, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Projects teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing preferred).
