Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Identify and qualify potential clients for IT services (AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Web/App Development)
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and requirement gathering
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Update and manage sales pipeline in CRM tools
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in business development or IT sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lead generation and client handling
- Basic understanding of IT services (AI, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international sales (US, UK, UAE markets)
- Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
- Exposure to SaaS or AI-based product sales
