Job Summary:
ERP Manager will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing the ERP system across Construction, Interior Fit-out, and Facility Management verticals. The role requires strong coordination with project teams, and office team to ensure seamless integration of processes, real-time data visibility, and efficient project execution.
1. ERP System Management & Ownership
- Act as the primary owner of the ERP system across the organization
- Ensure the system aligns with business processes and organizational goals
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security
- Plan upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
2. Coordination with Developers & Vendors
- Serve as the bridge between business teams and technical teams
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Work closely with:
o Internal developers (for customization)
o External vendors (for support, upgrades, integrations)
- Track development progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct regular review meetings and ensure SLA adherence
3. ERP Implementation & Rollout
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects:
o Requirement gathering
o Process mapping
o System configuration
o Testing (UAT)
o Go-live planning
- Ensure minimal disruption to operations during rollout
- Coordinate with department heads for smooth adoption
- Maintain proper documentation for all modules and processes
4. User Training & Change Management
- Identify training needs across departments
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demos for users
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and quick reference guides
- Support employees in adapting to new workflows
- Drive user adoption and reduce resistance to system changes
5. Troubleshooting & Support
- Act as the first escalation point for ERP-related issues
- Diagnose and resolve:
o System errors
o Data discrepancies
o Performance issues
- Coordinate with technical teams for complex fixes
- Maintain a ticketing system / issue log for tracking
- Ensure quick turnaround time to avoid business disruption
6. Process Improvement & Optimization
- Continuously evaluate ERP usage and suggest improvements
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation
- Align ERP workflows with best practices and compliance standards
- Implement new modules or features as business grows
7. Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of ERP data
- Design and generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Support management with real-time insights for decision-making
- Oversee data migration, backups, and recovery processes
8. Security & Compliance
- Manage user roles, access controls, and permissions
- Ensure system complies with internal policies and external regulations
- Monitor for unauthorized access or data breaches
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
