Job Overview
Speedways Electric is seeking a detailed-oriented Tender Executive for our Gurgaon office. You will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and bidding documents for electric golf carts, utility buggies, and campus mobility solutions. You will focus on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portals, PSU tenders, state transport authorities, smart city projects, luxury resorts, and large corporate institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Identification & Tracking: Daily monitoring of government procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement boards) and private institutional tender notices for EV mobility and golf cart requirements.
- Documentation & Submission: Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender packages—including technical specifications, compliance sheets, financial bids, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), and PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee) documentation before deadlines.
- GeM Portal Management: Manage Speedways Electric’s profile on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM); list products, update pricing/catalog, participate in L1 bids, custom bids, and reverse auctions.
- Inter-Department Coordination: Work closely with the Jalandhar plant production, R&D, sales, and accounts teams to gather technical compliance details, pricing models, product testing certificates, and company credentials.
- Liaison & Follow-Up: Coordinate with government departments, procurement officers, and institutional buyers for pre-bid queries, tender clarifications, post-bid evaluation tracking, and order finalization.
- Compliance & Repository: Maintain a centralized digital repository of technical datasheets, ISO certifications, test reports, financial statements, and past client completion certificates required for future bids.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in tender submission, GeM portal operations, and government/institutional bidding (experience in automotive, EV, capital equipment, or heavy engineering preferred).
- GeM Expertise: Strong operational knowledge of the GeM portal (catalog management, bidding, L1 process, and OEM panel handling).
- Technical & Commercial Aptitude: Ability to read complex technical specification documents, standard terms & conditions, and statutory compliance norms.
- Documentation Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PDF tools), and record-keeping capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Location: Based in or comfortable commuting to the Gurgaon office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
