Production Supervisor
Factory / Manufacturing Unit
Operate Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) machines with Fanuc controllers, perform tool setting, offset corrections, inspections, and produce quality components as per engineering drawings.
- Operate HMC machines
- Load/unload workpieces
- Set tools, fixtures and offsets
- Read engineering drawings
- Monitor machining
- Inspect components using measuring instruments
- Maintain production records
- Perform first-piece inspection
- Replace worn tools

- Follow PPE and safety rules
ITI (Machinist/Turner/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2–5 years of HMC operating experience. Experience with Fanuc controllers preferred.
