Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and timesheets.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
Administration
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics.
- Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
- Organize meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain records.
- Support management with administrative tasks and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
