Job Description
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Mother Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children and be able to create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
As a Mother Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students, supporting their overall development, maintaining classroom discipline, and building strong relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
- Create a friendly, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Support students in their academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and classroom documentation.
- Organize activities, games, storytelling, art, and other creative learning experiences.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and child-friendly.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and other assigned activities.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Education preferred.
- Previous teaching experience with young children is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and friendly personality.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
