About the Role
Miracle Ads Zone is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 6 months to 3+ years of experience in business development, online bidding, client acquisition, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating leads from the market, identifying and acquiring potential clients through freelancing platforms (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) as well as direct outreach, writing winning proposals, communicating with domestic and international clients, and converting prospects into long-term business opportunities. The candidate should be proactive in exploring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads from the market through online and offline research.
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT services through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces.
- Prepare and submit professional proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with domestic and international clients through chat, email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Online Bidding.
- Experience in generating leads from the market and acquiring clients.
- Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with domestic and international clients.
- Good understanding of IT services, web development, digital marketing, SEO, mobile applications, or software solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
