- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Designing, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in interior project estimation, specifically with fit-out or modular furniture projects.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, or similar).
- Strong understanding of interior materials, construction methods, finishes, and labor rates.
- Deep understanding of interior working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical plans, and detailed drawings.
- Ability to read architectural plans, prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and create accurate project cost estimates.
- Strong attention to detail for precise calculations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Effective communication for coordinating with vendors, designers, and clients.
- Calculating, analyzing, and adjusting cost estimates. Ensuring cost-effective solutions for interior projects.
