Job Summary -
We are seeking an experienced SAP RMCA (FICA) Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and SAP RMCA/FICA processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, functional specifications, testing, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills -
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP RMCA/FICA
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Billing & Invoicing
- Expertise in RMCA/FICA processes: Payment Lot, Return Lot, Direct Debit Runs, Dunning, Collection Agency, Security Deposits
- Experience with ALE IDOCs, RFC APIs, REST APIs, and CRM Integration
- Strong experience in functional design, testing, UAT support, and solution documentation
- SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities-
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and deliver SAP RMCA/FICA solutions
- Prepare functional specifications and support development teams
- Perform functional testing and support UAT activities
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Preferred: SAP Certification and Telecom Industry experience.
