*About the role*
We are seeking an Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations for our dedicated outpatient Endocrinology & Rheumatology unit. You will ensure seamless care delivery for patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune conditions requiring hospitalization.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Oversee and monitor all aspects of outpatient operations for the endo-rheuma unit
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and admin teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Monitor TAT for all consultations, investigations, and procedures in OPD
- Manage and monitor inventory of all drugs, consumables, and unit supplies with compliance checks
- Ensure adherence to all operational protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Handle and monitor processes, billing, and documentation for outpatient services
- Track and monitor all KPIs/KRI related to OPD efficiency, patient wait times, and service quality
- Implement and monitor SOPs for all clinical and non-clinical processes in the unit
- Address and resolve patient/caregiver grievances to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor all departmental activities daily to ensure operational efficiency and service standards
*Requirements*
- *Experience:* Min 1 year in hospital or specialty clinic operations. OPD experience preferred
- *Education:* Graduate in any discipline. BHA/MHA/MBA in Hospital Management preferred
- *Skills:* Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication. Proficiency in HIS/HMS & MS Excel
- *Knowledge:* Understanding of outpatient operations, healthcare compliance, and billing workflows
- *Mindset:* Willing to stay updated on healthcare practices and committed to continuous learning.Serious and work oriented.
