Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin
- Implement modern Android architecture using Jetpack components
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs
- Work with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore/Realtime DB, Notifications, Analytics, etc.)
- Design and manage local storage using Room Database
- Publish, update, and maintain apps on the Google Play Store
- Integrate and maintain Payment Gateway solutions
- Debug, optimize performance, and improve app stability
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK
- Experience with Android Jetpack (ViewModel, LiveData/Flow, Navigation, ViewBinding)
- Hands-on experience with Firebase
- Experience using Room DB or local persistence solutions
- Experience in Play Store app publishing & release management
- Payment gateway integration experience (Razorpay / Stripe / PayU / similar)
- Understanding of REST APIs & JSON
- Knowledge of Git version control
Good to Have
- MVVM architecture experience
- Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger)
- Performance optimization & debugging skills
- Experience working on live production apps
