Field Service Engineer
- Job Summary: The FSE will travel to sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive equipment or vehicles, ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction. They act as the primary technical contact between the company and the end-user.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in vehicles.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspection on systems to ensure optimal performance.
- On-site Support: Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment or technology.
- Customer Service: Provide expert technical support, train operators on proper usage, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and warranty documentation in a timely manner.
- Technical Assistance: Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone or email.
- Quality & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols (HV safety, machine safety) and industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical diploma.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in automotive service, vehicle maintenance, or a similar field service role.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automobile systems, including suspension, engine management, and vehicle body fabrication.
- Tools: Ability to use diagnostic software and hand tools efficiently.
- Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (often up to 70-80% of the time).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, independent working, and effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
