Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and lubricant products across the assigned territory. The role involves developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers such as dealers, distributors, workshops, garages, fleet owners, and industrial clients.
- Promote and sell automotive and industrial lubricant products in the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and customer data.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade meets, and promotional activities when required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
