Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in component sourcing/procurement in EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
· Good knowledge of global and local electronic component distributors and supply chain ecosystem.
· Experience in handling subcontracting activities like PCBA, box builds, mechanical assemblies.
· Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Job Role
· Analyze MRP demand and execute orders in line with forecast and inventory norms.
· Manage subcontracting activities including PO release, delivery tracking, and vendor performance reviews.
· Ensure on-time procurement by rigorous follow-ups with suppliers and subcontractors.
· Monitor component obsolescence and manage alternate sourcing proactively.
· Maintain purchase records, ensure timely GRN and documentation for audit and compliance
· Support vendor development and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure flexibility and reliability.
· Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics for on-time deliveries, where applicable.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
