Job Title: Sales & Lead Generation Specialist (IT Software)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and flexible Sales & Lead Generation Specialist with experience in IT software sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on lead generation expertise, and the ability to handle initial sales discussions and product demos independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Handle outbound sales activities including cold outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing leads
- Conduct initial pre-sales calls and product demos
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT/software solutions
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to close deals effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT software sales
- Experience in CRM software selling is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in lead generation
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for sales prospecting
- Confident in conducting initial sales calls and demos
- Self-driven, proactive, flexible, and results-oriented

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per hour
