We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Mutual Fund Customer Support Executive to assist clients with mutual fund investment-related queries, account servicing, and transaction support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a basic understanding of financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to mutual fund services.
- Assist customers with SIP registrations, redemptions, switches, and other transaction requests.
- Provide guidance on KYC, FATCA, nominee updates, and account-related documentation.
- Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal operations and fund houses for issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers on pending requests and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Achieve defined customer satisfaction and service quality targets
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
