We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations. The candidate should have experience in the FMCG production industry and the ability to coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely production.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the production field
- Experience in FMCG industry preferred (rice, dal, beverages, packaged food, spices, flour, or related products)
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Good coordination and team handling skills
- Basic understanding of factory operations and reporting
