Key Responsibilities:
Communication Systems Development

Architect, design, and develop communication technologies for Unmanned Aircraft Systems

Explore and evaluate emerging technologies for integration into UAS platforms
-
Design and implementation of RF and other wireless links and networks
-
Develop proof-of-concept prototypes
-
Integrate communication hardware with avionics and embedded systems
Manage Operations:
-
Plan and execute lab experiments, field tests, and flight trials
-
Perform verification and validation of test cases
-
Manage lifecycle issues related to communication hardware, software, and associated resources
Tools, Software & Process Development:

Write, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable software modules

Establish standardized processes for system integration and evaluate common tools

Prepare timely and accurate documentation for all tasks, including design reviews and internal records
Preferred Skills:
-
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Strong fundamentals and familiarity of wireless communication concepts and technologies is necessary.

Experience or coursework in wireless communication, computer networks and embedded systems.

Exposure to Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar SoCs

Experience with Python scripting
Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):

Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

Experience in working on relevant projects and internships are preferred.
