Qualification
We are taking 12th Candidates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Any Discipline (BBA / B.Com / BA / B.Sc)
- Basic knowledge of hospital processes and customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Management System)
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in hospital patient service or customer care preferred
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may be considered
Job Summary
The Patient Coordinator is responsible for assisting patients throughout their hospital journey, ensuring smooth coordination between patients, doctors, nurses, and hospital departments. The role focuses on improving patient satisfaction, communication, and service quality in accordance with hospital policies and **National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers standards.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Patient Assistance
- Guide patients and visitors regarding hospital departments, procedures, and services.
- Assist patients during registration, consultation, admission, and discharge processes.
2. Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, laboratory, and other departments for patient care services.
- Ensure smooth communication between patients and hospital staff.
3. Appointment & Service Coordination
- Help patients schedule doctor appointments, diagnostic tests, and procedures.
- Ensure patients reach the correct department on time.
4. Patient Support
- Address patient queries and provide necessary information about hospital services.
- Assist patients and relatives with hospital formalities and documentation.
5. Patient Experience & Satisfaction
- Ensure patients receive courteous and timely service.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department or management when necessary.
6. Documentation
- Maintain proper patient coordination records and reports.
- Update patient details in the hospital management system.
7. Communication
- Communicate clearly with patients, relatives, doctors, and hospital staff.
- Provide updates regarding appointments, procedures, and patient care processes.
8. Compliance
- Follow hospital policies and National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per hour
