We are seeking a motivated and friendly 'Assistant' to handle mostly outbound calling. In this role, you will be the first point of contact of qualified leads. Your primary responsibility is to call leads, introduce yourself, and collect specific information to see if they are a good match for our business. There is no hard selling or Sales call involved—your goal is simply to verify information and qualify interest. There may be some inbound calls which you will have to attend to.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Place phone calls to provided leads and respond promptly to any inbound inquiries.
- Follow a basic script/guide to ask targeted questions and gather key information.
- Actively listen to leads to accurately capture their concerns, needs and details.
- Update our database/CRM with accurate, clean notes from every call.
- Route highly qualified leads to our senior team members for follow-up.
- Maintain a respectful, professional, polite and helpful approach in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and a clear, professional telephone voice. You should be comfortable in speaking with different types of people.
- Detail-Oriented: Good listening skills and the ability to capture information accurately. You must have ability to type accurately while listening and speaking.
- People Person: High emotional intelligence, friendly, patience, and polite.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating basic computer programs, Google Worksheets/Microsoft Excel, or CRM software (we will train you!).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required—we value attitude and coachability above all!
- Calling ability: Ability to attentively make 35/45 outbound calls per day.

Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site at HalloMajra, Chandigarh
Hours: flexible scheduling options available.
Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
