Role overview:
We're building a high-performing telesales team to drive enrollments and sales across our academy Academy in calicut. As a Telesales Executive, you'll be on the front line of that growth — speaking directly with prospective students and customers, understanding their needs, and converting interest into enrollments or sales. This role comes with structured training, clear scripts and SOPs, and a real path to grow into a Team Lead role as the sales org scales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and respond to inbound enquiries across assigned courses.
- Understand prospect needs, explain course/product offerings clearly, and handle objections using the team's playbook.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads until they convert or are disqualified — no lead left untouched.
- Log every call, update lead status, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Meet daily call volume and follow-up targets, and monthly conversion/revenue targets set by the Sales Head.
- Share recurring objections or feedback from calls with the Sales Head to help refine scripts and offers.
What we're looking for
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, tele-calling, or customer-facing sales roles — freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent spoken communication in Malayalam and English; comfort speaking with a wide range of people over the phone.
- A target-driven mindset — genuinely motivated by hitting and beating numbers, not just going through the motions.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable learning and using a CRM tool.
- Resilience and patience — telesales means hearing 'no' often and staying consistent anyway.
Compensation
Fixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives tied to individual conversions and targets. Uncapped earning potential for strong performers. Full structure shared during the interview process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
