Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales & Tender Executive who possesses hands-on experience in tender management, bid preparation, and pre-sales activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal, Ariba Portal, and tender documentation processes. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing end-to-end tender submissions, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management:
Identify and monitor relevant tenders through GeM Portal, Ariba, and other procurement platforms.
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
Handle end-to-end tendering activities including EMD, technical documentation, compliance sheets, and commercial bids.
Coordinate with internal departments for collecting required technical and commercial information.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and supporting documents.
Pre-Sales Activities:
Support the sales team with pre-sales coordination and proposal preparation.
Understand customer requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals accordingly.
Assist in bid strategy, pricing, and competitive analysis.
Participate in RFQ/RFP/RFI response preparation.
Coordinate with clients for clarifications related to tender submissions and proposals.
Bid Estimation & Documentation:
Prepare bid estimations and costing in coordination with relevant departments.
Analyze tender specifications, terms, and conditions for feasibility and compliance.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender-related documentation.
Prepare presentations, reports, and MIS related to tender status and business opportunities.
Portal Handling:
Hands-on experience working on GeM Portal and Ariba Portal.
Upload quotations, catalogs, and tender responses on procurement portals.
Manage vendor registrations and portal documentation updates.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of GeM Portal and Ariba Portal operations.
Hands-on experience in tender preparation and bid submission.
Knowledge of bid estimation and techno-commercial documentation.
Good understanding of pre-sales and proposal management activities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
