We provide services in medical, engineering, humanities, and social sciences through academic writing, publication support, statistical analysis, editing, and research consultation.
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relations Executive to strengthen relationships with our clients and ensure a seamless service experience from inquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through email, phone, and online communication channels
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and expectations
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships
- Maintain accurate client records and communication history
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality
- Support business growth through upselling relevant services when appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relations, or account management
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred
