International Representative (Virtual Client Sales)

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct professional virtual meetings with international clients via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video.
- Guide clients through the visa application process and explain each stage clearly.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer support before, during, and after registration.
- Resolve client queries and concerns through video calls, phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep clients informed about their application status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client cases.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM with client interactions.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and relationship management.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral and easily understandable accent.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance for video consultations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident conducting virtual meetings with international clients.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bahadurgarh, Haryana (Bahadurgarh)
