About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
- Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize landing page performance in coordination with the web development and design teams.
- Work closely with SEO, Content, Social Media, Graphic Design, and Sales teams to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure campaigns achieve lead generation and revenue targets while maintaining optimal cost efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Experience with keyword research tools and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of remarketing strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent reporting and campaign optimization skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
