We're looking for a Legal Telecaller to find and reach out to new and potential clients, generate leads, and convert inquiries into consultations. The role also involves following up with existing clients on documents, payments, and case updates, scheduling consultations with lawyers, handling inbound queries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system while meeting call and conversion targets.
We're looking for a graduate in any discipline with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service. Candidates must be fluent in Telugu and English (spoken and written), persuasive, confident, and comfortable using CRM tools. Prior experience in lead generation or client-facing roles is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
