Job Description: Head of Sales – Della Township (Raipur)
Position Overview
Della Townships is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Head of Sales to lead the commercial launch and sales operations for our ultra-luxury, themed integrated township project in Raipur (featuring Private Residences & Racecourse/Polo Club themes).
This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building a high-end sales vertical from scratch, and managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and premium corporate buyers. The ideal candidate will come with a proven track record of selling premium emotions, lifestyle upgrades, and high-value assets rather than just physical square footage.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
- Design and execute the core sales strategy, phase-wise launch plans, and pricing frameworks for the premium private residences and villa plots in Raipur.
- Drive the project’s revenue goals through direct sales, high-net-worth networks, and premium channel partners.
- Convert abstract luxury concepts (hospitality-led living, wellness ecosystems, and themed amenities) into highly compelling pitches.
2. Team Building & Operations
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing luxury sales team in Raipur. Set clear KPIs and cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily sales operations, pipeline management, CRM accuracy, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure lead generation campaigns align with high-end sales targets.
3. Customer & Network Relationship Management
