The Senior HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid, and senior-level positions
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and issue offer letters
- Manage onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, and documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure smooth exit formalities including F&F settlements
- Prepare HR reports and MIS
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles
- Coordinate goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
- Support training & development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Coordinate audits and statutory filings
Required
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll coordination
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
