Job Title: Academic Counselor
Department: Admissions / Academics
Location: Mala , Kochi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Summary:
The Academic Counselor will guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process, ensure admission targets are achieved, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end admissions process for prospective students
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff
- Plan and conduct orientation sessions and workshops
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
- Liaise with faculty and admission teams on enrollment strategy
Qualification & Experience:
- Any UG/PG
- 1+ years of experience in a related field (Freshers can apply)
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of educational systems and career pathways
- Basic computer proficiency
