We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture design. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to convert customer requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Create space planning, furniture layouts, and design concepts.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, false ceilings, and complete home interiors.
- Present design proposals, material selections, and cost estimates to clients.
- Coordinate with sales, production, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per approved drawings.
- Resolve client queries and provide design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Target & Performance Expectations
- Achieve monthly design conversion targets.
- Maintain high client satisfaction ratings.
- Ensure timely submission of designs and revisions.
- Coordinate effectively to support project closures and execution timelines.
- Contribute to project revenue through successful design presentations and upselling.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture and residential interiors.
- Excellent space planning and visualization skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 2–6 years of experience in Interior Design, Modular Furniture, or Home Interior Industry.
- Experience in residential interior projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
