Job Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operating company.
- Experience in domestic and international tour packages.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and travel booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Design and customise domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package proposals.
- Assist customers with bookings and travel-related information.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking experience for customers.
