About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dermatology and aesthetic clinic. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys interacting with patients and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations. Training will be provided for clinic-specific processes and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up calls.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Explain clinic services, treatment packages, and appointment availability.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Process billing, payments, invoices, and issue receipts.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Assist in managing front desk operations and daily administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support inventory tracking for front office supplies when required.
- Follow clinic policies and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 year of experience in reception, customer service, healthcare, or hospitality is preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude with a patient-first approach.
