- Operate CNC bending machines to bend sheet metal parts as per engineering drawings and production schedules.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
- Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust parameters for different materials and thicknesses.
- Perform first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Maintain quality standards by conducting in-process checks and documenting results.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components to avoid damage.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Record machine usage, production output, and downtime in logs/software.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication processes.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
